All of our classes are "yoga minded" - focusing on alignment, breath awareness, and mindfulness.
Yoga is for everyone. You do not need to be in peak physical condition, or be able to bend yourself like a pretzel! Pilates is the perfect partner for your yoga practice, it will help you to feel core centered and lengthened. Add in cardiovascular exercise and resistance training and you will feel fit and energized!
In addition to her yoga & Pilates teaching experience, Jen has 10 years of corporate experience. She has designed training programs and taught adults business skills in the US, Europe and Asia. Jen is currently pursuing her nursing degree.
